Archeb - Orders

My artwork is handmade and in some cases made to order, so lead times can be up to three weeks.

Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days of payment.

When the items have been dispatched, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery date.

Your order should arrive within 2 – 3 days of the dispatch date. If the order fails to reach you by the stated delivery date, contact me by email and I will look into it. If you are in need of a quick delivery, please get in touch and I will do my best to accommodate you.

In the unlikely event that items become damaged in the post, please let me know on arrival and this can be investigated.

Please note that you must report any damage immediately upon receiving the items or I cannot accept any responsibility and will not be able to process a refund. 

Dychweliad - Returns

Black Wolf Ceramics / Blaidd Du items are handcrafted, with each item totally unique and no two items identical.

Should you wish to return any items, please return them within 14 days of delivery and I can give you a full refund of the price of goods providing that the items are in a resalable condition.

I will not refund the original postage cost unless items are faulty.

If you do decide to return an item, please ensure that you have receipt of postage as I cannot accept liability if the parcel goes amiss.
